Scope of Works

Lift Removal/Decommissioning:
• Safe and efficient dismantling and removal of machinery from traction lift motor rooms and hydraulic lift pump rooms
• Dismantling of shaft steel works and associated lift operating equipment
• Supplying and fitting lockable hoarding to lift entrances
• Safe dismantling and removal of lift cars
• Scaffolding as required

Lift Enabling:
• Building works - from fitting single lifting eye to full shaft supporting structure
• Electrical works - from machine room light fitting to full shaft lighting
• Design, calculations and installation of steel shaft supporting structures
• Full project management and macro site management
